Call of Presenters, Papers, and Proposals
Proposals for contributions are currently being accepted in the following formats:

** Presentations can be live or pre-recorded for remote/online presenters
Refereed Scholarly Papers will be published in a special edition of the International Journal in Information Technology in Governance, Education and Business
Full Papers
• Full paper (6–8 pages, incl. references) for all presentation formats (APA Format)
Short works and workshop/presentation reports
• 2-3 pages (incl. references) summary of your contributions for inclusion in conference proceedings (APA Format)

With 14 years of teaching and technical experience in ICTE/D (Information and Communication Technologies for Education/Development), I strive to contribute to the body of knowledge and to society by engaging in various projects; doing research; and teaching through face-to-face, blended, and distance learning.
Dr. JULIUS G. GARCIA is an Associate Professor at the Technological University of Philippines - Manila where he also served as a Research Coordinator at the College of Industrial Technology. He is also the editor-in-chief of the International Journal in Information Technology in Governance, Education and Business in Malang, Indonesia. He served as a chair in several international research conferences in the Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan to name few. He believes in democratizing research through open access publication, enabling and empowering the academic community to play a proactive role in disseminating scientific results at a wider scale.
