Program and Call for Papers 2025

Looking to discuss real-world case studies and examples from many countries and contexts of post-pandemic learning environments and programs, this event will bring together industry professionals and academics. Leading experts from international universities will be present to share their knowledge and talk about the most recent technologies that are reshaping learning settings and the nature of learning environments.

The first day of the event offers optional workshops, networking opportunities, and local tours for attendees. This day is designed to consolidate the learning experiences from the symposium, allowing for deeper engagement with the content, hands-on workshops, and the chance to explore Tokyo's cultural and educational landmarks, fostering a richer understanding of the global context of immersive learning technologies.

Important Dates

Acceptance for papers and presentations will be on a rolling basis in batches of about two weeks as we receive them. If you wish your paper to be included in the peer reviewed journal or your video presentation to be included in the agenda as a virtual participant, your submission is due about 6 weeks before the event.  Those who want to submit a paper to be included in the conference proceedings need to submit them before or during the conference.
